"I've been to this store about 4 times now. In that time I dealt with Jesse and Alex. Both of them were polite, helpful, personable, and extremely knowledgeable about their product. The selection is good, with many brand names, and several of their own store brands which seem to be of good quality as well.

Only allowing three customers in at a time goes far beyond any CDC or local recommendation and a complete inconvenience for those that show up and can’t get in. wearing masks sanitizing and social distancing should be enough you need to let more people in your store I will not shop again until you do. "I ordered a part online and went to the store to pick it up. The good thing is that you don't have to pre-pay which is good in case the part or item isn't the right one, you don't have to go through the whole refund thing. Also, the sales person was nice enough to install the piece on my helmet which was a plus. Very nice service.
The only exception is that when we inquired about a speaker set for my helmet he remarked "if you want to put a $500 unit on a $30 helmet....." It is not his place to decide what a customer wants to do with their equipment. We were inquiring about the speaker unit and how it works, whether it is going on a $30 helmet (which serves me well and in fact I purchased it from a Cycle Gear Store) or a $300 helmet, it isn't his place to make a comment of that nature. The gentlemen was out of place for that comment. That said, we purchased the piece off Amazon instead at a cheaper price."

Was show exactly what I asked for, no pressure to upgrade and the woman that took care of me installed the two headsets in the helmet while I waited, it took just a couple minutes. Great group of associates working in the Schaumburg store!"
